Return Policy

For anything other than gold or custom orders, I will accept returns only as long as I am notified and is mailed back to me in Canada within 14 days of you receiving it in the original packaging and in an unworn condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

I must be contacted first before attempting to return the item, or it will be considered a forced return, thus voiding the refund option.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and I will refund minus the restocking fee on the item once I've received it back in my hands.

DETAILS

Pendant Dimensions: The pendant is 3.1cm high & 2.2cm wide. The bail has a 5mm wide opening, perfect for many chains.
Materials: available in solid gold in 10k, 14k, or 18k in your choice of yellow, pink, and white gold. All my gold jewellery is cast in solid materials, and is never plated. There is no rhodium plating, a plating used to make white gold to make it a very white colour, but can be done by request at an extra cost.
Due to the high cost of materials, chains are not included with any of my pendants. If you are looking for a chain, you have a selection found in my Chains & Engravings section of my shop.
Shipping info: Shipping is with full tracking and insurance. International shipping is done with DHL, and taxes and duties are payable to DHL and are to be paid by the buyer and is not collected by me.

The endless knot or eternal knot (Sanskrit: Shrivatsa; Tibetan Dpal be'u) is a symbolic knot and one of the Eight Auspicious Symbols. It is an important cultural marker in places significantly influenced by Tibetan Buddhism such as Tibet, Mongolia, Tuva, Kalmykia, and Buryatia. It is also sometimes found in Chinese art and used in Chinese knots. It can be found on temple walls, in paintings, even Japanese sword guards. The endless knot has been described as "an ancient symbol representing the interweaving of the Spiritual path, the flowing of Time and Movement within That Which is Eternal."
