Refund policy

For all orders except custom orders and gold jewellery, I will accept returns if I am notified within 14 days of delivery of your order and is mailed back to the mailing address found on the invoice included with your order within 14 days of delivery in an unworn condition.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and refund will be the restocking fee and will be processed once received. Please contact me for detailed instructions on how to proceed.

I must be contacted first for all returns, or it will be considered a forced return, thus voiding any refund options and will be mailed back at buyers expense. 

Gold jewellery and custom order items are non-refundable due to their custom nature as they are made for you and you alone, and are not stock items. So I apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
