Shipping policy

I ship out once a week on Friday morning using ChitChats. So unless it's a super rush order, all my orders from the week go out at the same time. So if you need it extra rush, please let me know and I'll see what I can do! I'm doing my best to make sure all my creations get to you. Please be aware delays for deliveries within Canada and the US take 1-2 weeks normally, 4-8 weeks for international orders depending on international customs, so please be patient!

Please note all orders leaving Canada must include an order invoice with the total of the order by law. I can't mark items as gifts or exclude the invoice unless it is being shipped inside of Canada. I apologize for this in advance.

Most of my items include a tracking number unless they are small items shipped within Canada. The exceptions are these countries; Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Croatia, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Mexico, Montenegro, Myanmar (Burma), Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen, Zimbabwe. So if are from these countries and you need tracking, please let me know right away. Tracking is available through DHL at a shipping upgrade.

Please note I am not responsible for delay in delivery due to errors in the address entered, international customs processing time, time and date of delivery, or customs fees, and items returned to me due to refusal to pay these fees will not be refunded as it is considered a forced return.
