Return Policy

For anything other than gold or custom orders, I will accept returns only as long as I am notified and is mailed back to me in Canada within 14 days of you receiving it in the original packaging and in an unworn condition and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

I must be contacted first before attempting to return the item, or it will be considered a forced return, thus voiding the refund option.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and I will refund minus the restocking fee on the item once I've received it back in my hands.

It has that authentic, ancient Egyptian vibe—like something you’d see carved on the walls of a temple. It’s a piece that’s perfect for anyone, no matter who you are. Available in 10k, 14k or 18k solid yellow, pink or white gold!

Details: 

  • Charm Dimensions: 1.4cm wide, 2.9m high with a bail opening of 4.5mm.
  • Materials: available in solid gold in 10k, 14k, or 18k in your choice of yellow, pink, and white gold. All my gold jewellery is cast in solid materials, and is never plated. There is no rhodium plating, a plating used to make white gold to make it a very white colour, but can be done by request at an extra cost.
  • Due to the high cost of materials, chains are not included with any of my pendants. If you are looking for a chain, you have a selection found in my Chains & Engravings section of my shop.
  • Shipping info: Shipping is with full tracking and insurance. International shipping is done with DHL, and taxes and duties are payable to DHL and are to be paid by the buyer and is not collected by me.

The ankh, also called the "cross with a handle," is this amazing ancient Egyptian symbol that means "life."
