Tree of Life Pendant in Sterling Silver or Antique Bronze

A simple design, this is a remake of a tree of life pendant, or Yagersil. The Tree of Life is found in Celtic and Norse mythology. The design is a production of a pewter design I made a mold of to be able to make in precious metal here in Montreal. Made in either .925 sterling silver or antique bronze, 

The tree of knowledge, connecting to heaven and the underworld, and the tree of life, connecting all forms of creation, are both forms of the world tree or cosmic tree, according to the Encyclopædia Britannica, and are portrayed in various religions and philosophies as the same tree. The most famous is that of the Yggdrasil of norse mythology.

Details:

• Materials: available in either .925 sterling silver, a mix of 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper, and antique bronze, a mix of 90% copper and 10% tin. Both are free of nickel, zinc or cadmium, which are common metal allergens, which can cause rashes and sores. For more info on bronze,  read the blog post or consult my FAQ
• Pendant Dimensions: it measures 3.2cm wide and 3.5cm large plus a nice solid bail.
• Shipping: Shipping is with tracking and full insurance. For international buyers, please be aware of taxes and duties are payable to your country and must be paid by the buyer and is not collected by me.
• Due to the high cost of materials, chains are not included with any of my pendants. If you are looking for a chain, you have a selection found in my Chains & Engravings section of my shop.
