Pour tout autre article que les commandes en or ou personnalisées, j'accepterai les retours uniquement à condition que j'en sois informé et que l'article me soit renvoyé par la poste au Canada dans les 14 jours suivant sa réception, dans son emballage d'origine et dans un état non porté, et sera soumis à des frais de restockage de 15 %. Les frais d'expédition ne sont pas remboursables.

Je dois d'abord être contacté avant de tenter de retourner l'article, sinon cela sera considéré comme un retour forcé, annulant ainsi l'option de remboursement.

DETAILS:

Dimensions: 2.1cm wide, 4cm high and has a bail width opening of 4mm.
Materials: available in solid gold in 10k, 14k, or 18k in your choice of yellow, pink, and white gold. All gold is cast in solid materials, and is never plated. There is no rhodium plating, a plating used to make white gold to make it a very white colour, but can be done by request at an extra cost.
Shipping info: Shipping is with full tracking and insurance. International shipping is done with DHL, and taxes and duties are payable to DHL and are to be paid by the buyer and is not collected by me.
