Pour tout autre article que les commandes en or ou personnalisées, j'accepterai les retours uniquement à condition que j'en sois informé et que l'article me soit renvoyé par la poste au Canada dans les 14 jours suivant sa réception, dans son emballage d'origine et dans un état non porté, et sera soumis à des frais de restockage de 15 %. Les frais d'expédition ne sont pas remboursables.

Details:
- Charm Dimensions: This charm 1.1cm wide, 2.6cm high and has a small 4mm loop to allow for either a cord or a small chain to pass through. Ideal for charm bracelets!
- Materials: available in solid gold in 10k, 14k, or 18k in your choice of yellow, pink, and white gold. All my gold jewellery is cast in solid materials, and is never plated. There is no rhodium plating, a plating used to make white gold to make it a very white colour, but can be done by request at an extra cost.
- Due to the high cost of materials, chains are not included with any of my pendants. If you are looking for a chain, you have a selection found in my Chains & Engravings section of my shop.
- Shipping info: Shipping is with full tracking and insurance. International shipping is done with DHL, and taxes and duties are payable to DHL and are to be paid by the buyer and is not collected by me.
- Important info about gold jewellery orders: All my gold jewellery is made per order and is not eligible for returns or refunds. These are not stock items as they are made only upon ordered. So please take this into consideration when you place your order.
