Shipping Update for U.S. and International Orders
Quick heads-up! My shipping partner, Chit Chats, has run into some delays at the U.S. border due to other sellers mislabeling shipments. When this happens, U.S. Customs can reject the entire truckload—which means packages from all Chit Chats clients in that combined shipment get held up. (My packages haven’t been returned, but this is the current situation across the board.)
To help prevent further issues, Chit Chats now requires that all items shipped to the U.S. clearly state their country of origin—on both the outer packaging and the actual products inside. I’ve made sure all my shipments meet these new requirements.
So far, everything is still running smoothly on my end despite the challenges. That includes international, U.S., and domestic Canadian shipments. Just a heads-up that minor delays may still occur for U.S. orders while things settle at the border.
