✨ What is Firelight Gathering?
Firelight Gathering is a three-day festival of magic, music, and meaningful connection held each August in beautiful Curran, Ontario at Whispering Pines Campground. Rooted in pagan spirituality and open to all paths, Firelight is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of community, nature, and spirit. With workshops, rituals, live music, and vibrant vendor spaces, it’s an immersive weekend of joy, learning, and deep connection.
🔮 Why I Absolutely Love Being a Vendor
This isn’t just another show on the circuit. Firelight is a vibe. The people who attend are kind, open-hearted, and wonderfully witchy (in the best way). Everyone who walks through the vendor village isn’t just shopping—they’re connecting. I’ve had some of my best, most soul-nourishing conversations here, and it’s truly a place where my jewellery feels like it belongs.

As a maker of fantasy and geek-inspired jewellery, I feel totally seen at Firelight. I always meet folks who get it. The blend of pagan and geeky aesthetics means I don’t have to hold back!

Whispering Pines is absolutely beautiful, and being surrounded by trees, trails, and stars makes the entire weekend feel like a retreat. There’s a grounding energy to this space that you just don’t get at city shows or even regular festivals. Here, we’re not just vending—we’re sharing space in a sacred grove.

This isn’t a rush-in-rush-out market. People come here for the whole weekend. They take their time. They talk. They listen. They connect. Whether it’s during the evening fire circles or daytime chats, there’s an energy here that just makes you want to stay forever.

There’s so much more than vending happening. With tons of workshops ranging from herbalism to ancestral magic, as well as rituals for all ages and traditions, Firelight has a rich and welcoming program. It creates such a nourishing environment, and I love taking part in it even as a vendor.
🛍 What I Bring to Firelight
I bring a curated selection of my most magical pieces—think stag rings, moonstone pendants, raven-inspired earrings and more. I choose pieces that speak to the energy of the land and the festival, so everything feels aligned with the space and the people.
💞 The Community is Everything
I can’t say this enough: the Firelight community is incredible. It’s full of thoughtful, creative, kind people from all walks of life. There’s so much respect and acceptance here. Whether someone’s been walking a pagan path for 20 years or is just exploring it, everyone is welcome. That’s rare. That’s special. And that’s why I’ll always come back.
