Final Fantasy 8 Griever Ring Set in Sterling Silver, Final Fantasy 8 Wedding Set

This Final Fantasy 8 Griever Ring Set is expertly crafted from sterling silver and based on Squall Leonhart's Griever ring set. It consists of a larger Griever ring (also known as the Sleeping Lion) with a wingtip width of 11mm and a 7mm wide band. The smaller ring has a 7mm wide top and a 2mm high design at its thickest. The shank, 5mm wide and 1.5mm thick, is perfect for any FF8 fan's wedding set!

Materials: these rings are made in .925 sterling silver, a mix of 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper. Free of nickel, zinc or cadmium, which are common metal allergens, and can cause sores and turn your skin green!

This design was requested by fellow fans and its creation was met with success. The imaged ring was hand-carved in wax and cast in sterling silver. A few years after creating this ring set, I had the privilege of meeting the couple in person at Fan Expo. It was a phenomenal experience to see my work come to life!

Based on the popular Sleeping Lion, better known as Griever, motif found in the hit game Final Fantasy 8, the set is designed to resemble the iconic ring Squall Leonhart wears. His ring features the Griever's head profile, with a wing along its side. Rinoa Heartilly shows a keen interest in Squall's ring and wears it with her own ring on a chain around her neck. Squall eventually gifts her the ring.
