Krull Glaive Earrings in Sterling Silver
This is a pair of handmade .925 sterling silver glaive earrings based on the glaive weapon from the movie Krull. Measuring 2.5cm high and 2.6cm wide, the earrings dangle from lever back earrings. The arms are 3mm wide. In the center is a 1.5mm cubic zirconia, which you can choose the color. These are made to order and take 1-2 weeks to make for you.
Krull is a 1983 science fantasy swashbuckler film directed by Peter Yates and written by Stanford Sherman. It follows a journey of Prince Colwyn and his group of outlaws on the planet Krull to save future queen Princess Lyssa from the Beast and his constantly teleporting Black Fortress.. The glaive is a mystical five-pointed weapon used by Colwyn in Krull.
I created this design, and a matching pendant for the niece of Stanford Sherman in memory of his passing in 2019. Her set was done in silver with gold plating to give it a two tone effect. It was an absolute pleasure to create them for her.
